How long until you reply?

Is my report anonymous?
Yes. Scam reports submitted through our Report a Scam page are anonymous. This contact form is separate: we only use the email address you give here so we can reply to you.
How do I report a scam website?
You do not need to email us. Use our Report a Scam page to tell us about a suspicious website. It only takes a minute and your report helps protect other people.
Can you get my money back?
We are not able to recover money or refund payments. If you have lost money, please contact your bank immediately and report it to the police or your national fraud reporting service.
